Our Policy

At Heavenly Spark Events we believe in clarity, professionalism and respect in every collaboration.

​

 • The 50% deposit must be paid on the signed agreement day and is non-refundable to secure your event date.


• The remaining balance must be paid in full by one day after the event, as outlined in your contract.


•     Passsed the due date you will be charged $25 per day until you clear the full remaining balance


• Cancellations must be made in writing; deposits are non-refundable.


• Any event changes should be communicated early to allow proper adjustments.


• We are committed to providing an organized, stress-free, and high-quality planning experience.
